1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the CNC ONE Wallet (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Service

The CNC ONE Wallet provides users with a secure space to upload, store and manage project data (including CAD, G-Code and related documentation) for use within CNC ONE software, machines and training platforms.

3. User Accounts & Access

Each account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. CNC ONE may suspend or delete accounts in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of all data and files you upload. By uploading, you grant CNC ONE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and display such content as required to operate the Service.

You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to upload and share such data and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

5. Data Retention & Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of permanent data storage or availability. Files may be deleted or become inaccessible at any time due to system maintenance, technical issues or account inactivity. Users are responsible for keeping their own local backups of all important data.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights, or could damage the Service or other users. Automated data scraping, mass downloads and denial-of-service activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Security & Data Protection

CNC ONE implements technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or loss. Nevertheless, no system is completely secure, and CNC ONE cannot guarantee absolute protection. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property of CNC ONE

All platform elements (software, design, database structures, graphics, trademarks) remain the property of CNC ONE or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely as intended.

9. Service Availability & Changes

CNC ONE strives to maintain continuous availability but may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice. CNC ONE shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from interruptions or data loss.

10. Liability & Warranty

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNC ONE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. CNC ONE reserves the right to remove inactive or non-compliant accounts and delete associated data after reasonable notice.

12. Updates to These Terms

CNC ONE may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the application. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
